Coping Strategies Sessions
Learn how to Cope Better
These sessions enable carers to manage their problems and difficulties in less stressful ways.
The main aims of the sessions are:
- To help you to develop and improve coping skills
- To identify positive qualities
- To increase self confidence and self esteem and feel positive about yourself
These sessions use simple CBT based techniques to help carers have a better understanding of their problem and practically manage their caring role.
