Coffee Mornings
Would you like to get out of the house and meet other carers in similar situations to your own? Would you like an opportunity get information and support? The Coffee Mornings are open to all carers of any age or caring responsibility.
The Coffee Mornings take place once a week on Tuesday mornings 10.30 -12.30 at the Carers Centre in Forest Hill. You can drop in to the session and you don’t have to book.
