Carers lewisham provide an outpost of our Carers Centre support in New Cross once a month.

NHS Choose Health are funding 10 sessions with a health focus.
They will be held at The Samaritans Building in New Cross on the last Wednesday of the month
10:00 am– 1:00pm
Topics every month such as Fun Exercise, Walking for Health, Massage, Health checks, Cooking on a budget, Health information and advice and a chance to meet other carers.
