Support for adult carers
People often don’t think of themselves as a carer, because they see the support they give as a normal part of their role as a neighbour, friend, parent, sibling, partner or child. But if you provide unpaid care and support for someone who has an illness, disability, mental health problem, or addiction, you are a carer, and we are here to support you.
Our adult service provides information, advice and support for anyone aged 18 or over who cares for an adult who lives in the London Borough of Lewisham.
Not sure if you are a carer or if you can use our services? Read more.
You can find details of all the regular sessions we run to support carers below, but we also run a series of activities and courses that we update on a regular basis. Details of our latest actvities and courses are on our homepage.
