Mental Health Support for Young People

A free and anonymous online chat platform for young people 10-18 years old. KOOTH provides mental health counselling through their chat feature and contains many articles written by young people on a variety of topics, including being a young carer.

Lewisham (Compass @ THEHUB)

A free, confidential health and well-being service for children and young people who need support with issues related to drugs, alcohol, emotional and mental health and sexual health. The service works with anyone between the ages of 10-19 (up to 25 with evidenced additional needs) and is based in Catford.
